Power Pro6600 is a heavy duty belt-conveyed UV hybrid printing machine, which is designed mainly for both roll to roll printing and board sheet printing. 6.6m width offers a solution of multiple smaller sized media to print at the same time.

Four-roll printing Four times productivity
Taking full advantage of the 6600mm(21.65 ft) printing width, 4 media rolls (1.27m/50inch for each roll) can be mounted for simultaneous printing. Different ( or same) print jobs can be printed on the 4 separate rolls. Users can select a preferred width separately for each roll. Power Pro6600 helps to shorten delivery time and reduce workload.

Features
UV-LED Curing System
LED curing doesn't produce much heat. So heat-sensitive media can be printed and cured without material damage. The curing power is adjustable. Besides, UV-LED curing system also has a longer lifetime. And it is maintenance free and eco-friendly.
Magnetic Technology
Comparing to traditional servo motor+belt system, magnetic reduces transmission parts, cut down failures, and decrease maintenance rate. In particular, it provides higher speed for printhead moving, which increased productivity in a great scale.
Statics Elimination
Statics exists on material, especial in a dry environment. With statics elimination system, it can efficiently decrease the route change of ink dropping caused by statics on material, ensure printing quality.
Auto Media Height Detection
It can measure the height of media and adapt to the height for print automatically. It can print media with thickness up to 110mm.
Anti-crush Protection
The carriage will stop moving when it hit subject in its way to protect the printhead. It has two sensors on both sides of carriage.
High-resolution encoder
The encoder on machine is metal encoder with resolution up to 1um. lt can ensure printheads moving exactly where it directed. Make sure each ink-dot drop down the right position.
Human Sensing System
Machine carriage will stop running once the safety system senses a human or an object in its sensing area. It helps to prevent accident happened when machine is running fast.
Vacuum System
Belt table has vacuum system with 8 zones separately controlled. Strong vacuum power to make media stick on flatbed belt.
