The TC-2513Mh is a high-performance UV flatbed printer powered by Ricoh G6 printheads, supporting 8-color configurations including white and varnish for rich, glossy finishes. Its high-gap printing capability accommodates uneven or irregular materials with ease.

Equipped with linear motors and a high-precision metal encoder, it ensures stable, accurate positioning. An optional machine-vision scanning camera enables automatic material recognition and alignment, allowing random substrate placement to boost efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Vacuum

The vacuum area to hold media is divided into two sections in the X direction of the table, and can be adjusted to the media size you use by opening/closing valves. Besides the operation panel, a foot switch can be used to turn the vacuum on and off.

Inks and substrates:

As physical properties of ink (adhesion, weather resistance etc.) are different depending on media, please be sure to have a print test in advance.
Depending on the application, primers, other surface treatment or surface protection such as lamination may be necessary.

This product is equipped with UV irradiation equipment. Please pay attention to the following notes in order to use safely.
Do not look directly into the UV light source nor place your hand, or expose your skin directly to the UV light source.
Depending upon print mode, some VOC emittance from printed parts not yet cured and hardened may occur.
In addition, please be sure to read and follow the instructions and guidelines of the manual carefully.

Features

UV-LED Curing System

LED curing doesn't produce much heat. So heat-sensitive media can be printed and cured without material damage. The curing power is adjustable. Besides, UV-LED curing system also has a longer lifetime. And it is maintenance easy and eco-friendly.

Auto Media Height Detection

It can measure the height of media and adapt to the height for print automatically. It can print media with thickness up to 110mm.

Auto Ink Lock

The ink valve system is opened and close dutomaticlly by solenoid valve control.

Media Locating Pins

There are pins around start point on flatbed. It is convenient to operate with a simple button. Media can be easily placed at the start point.

Anti-crush Protection

The carriage will stop moving when it hit subject in its way to protect the printhead. It has two sensors on both sides of carriage.

Statics Elimination

Statics Elimination

Statics exists on material, especial in a dry environment. With statics elimination system, it can efficiently decrease the route change of ink dropping caused by statics on material, ensure printing quality.

Flatbed Vacuum System

Media will be hold on flatbed with vacuum system flat and firmly in place. It flatbed has been divided into 4 different areas for media of different sizes.

Ink Stirring Device

Built-in ink agitator prevents ink sedimentation, ensures uniform ink color and stable ink supply, and effectively reduces printhead clogging.

Ink pressure system

Stable ink pressure ensures smooth ink supply, reduces printhead clogging and improves overall printing stability.
