The SPRINTER SVE-9060 is a professional digital spot UV varnish machine. It applies high‑gloss UV coating precisely onto selected areas of paper, cardboard, labels, and other packaging substrates, creating a raised, shiny finish cured instantly by UV light. To add metallic foil effects, simply take the UV‑enhanced print to a separate foiling machine (purchased independently). Even if the paper has slight distortion or positional deviation, the AI vision automatically locates the target area and applies the spot UV varnish with pinpoint registration – achieving perfect alignment between the varnish and the existing printed graphics.

How to Achieve Varnish + Foil Double Value?

The SVE-9060 is dedicated to spot UV varnish. To add foil effects, we recommend this simple workflow:

1.Apply spot UV varnish using the SVE-9060 (order can be adjusted – varnish first or foil first depending on your process).

2.Transfer the printed material to a separate foiling machine (hot or cold foil press) for metallic embellishment.

As physical properties of ink (adhesion, weather resistance etc.) are different depending on media, please be sure to have a print test in advance.
Depending on the application, primers, other surface treatment or surface protection such as lamination may be necessary.

This product is equipped with UV irradiation equipment. Please pay attention to the following notes in order to use safely.
Do not look directly into the UV light source nor place your hand, or expose your skin directly to the UV light source.
Depending upon print mode, some VOC emittance from printed parts not yet cured and hardened may occur.
